Afirondack Document is my record of a seven year project where I sought out and photograph the people and places of the Adirondacks that were not directly connected to the tourist trade or the visitors who hiked and canoed the wilderness. I shot almost exclusively with a Nikon FE2 camera and my Nikkor 24/2.8 lens, with a few taken using my vererable Nikon 105/2.5 lens, on Tri-X film.

Adirondacks Untamed is a selection of mostly color wilderness and wildland images made over the last thirty-five years. In my early years i shot with 35mm Minolta and then Nikon equipment, using Kodachrome and Ektachrome slide film. in The early 1990's, I moved up to a 4X5 Field camera using mostly Fuji Velvia Transparency film. Starting last year, I moved on, simplified my life, and am now using a simple Canon G9 digital camera, wondering how I got along without it all those years!

Urban Wilderness chronicles my investigation of our decaying inner cities. Rural Imagery showcases various images taken in upstate NY farming and small town country. Finding USA take that concept to the country at large, and Border Crossings follows that into Mexico. These images were shot almost entirely on Tri-X fiml, using my Mamiya 7 6x7 camera and my Nikon FE2 and 24mm lens. In the last year I have been using my great canon G9. Finally, Short Takes is a collection of short term photo projects that I have done recently.
